What this step keeps

Your email address, broad UK region, optional progress-email choice, and a record that you agreed to this notice and confirmed adult, Muslim and UK eligibility. We record when you joined, verified your email and last saved your preferences. You do not need to provide a name, exact address, photograph or marriage profile.

Why, and who can see it

These details manage your registration, help understand interest across the UK, and allow contact when registration can move forward. They are visible to you through an email access link and to the authorized operator. They are not a public profile or shared with potential candidates. No matching analysis runs on this registration.

Email is your choice

Verification and access emails let you manage your registration. Registration availability emails are part of joining the list. Occasional progress updates are optional and start unchecked. You can change that choice at any time. Verification and access emails are delivered through Zoho ZeptoMail. Optional progress updates are separate from these transactional emails.

Where information is processed

The application and PostgreSQL database are hosted on Railway in its Europe region. Email addresses and transactional email content are sent to Zoho ZeptoMail through its India API endpoint. Neither provider is used to create public profiles or advertising audiences.

This site uses essential server logs for operation and security. Please contact us about your information through the contact page. We will provide the operator’s full privacy information before opening public registration.

Leaving and retention

You can withdraw from your registration page. Withdrawal deletes your registration from the application database and revokes its access links and sessions. Emails already delivered to your inbox are separate copies; you can delete them in your email account. Provider delivery records and infrastructure backups have their own retention settings.

Unverified registrations expire after seven days; verified test registrations expire after one year. Expired records become inaccessible immediately and are removed on a subsequent registration request or when the operator runs cleanup. Expired temporary access and throttle records are removed too. These timings and provider retention settings will be reviewed before public use.

Essential cookies only

Opening an access link creates a registration cookie for up to 24 hours. Operator access is restricted during development. These keep access private; this flow adds no advertising or analytics cookies. Signing out ends the current session. You can request a fresh link when needed.
