No refunds, said plainly.

There are no refunds, and I say so before you pay. You can stop using Wifaqa whenever you like. While Wifaqa is being built there is nothing to pay for at all.

Joining costs $9 once, less in many countries and charged in your own currency where I can. It is paid before the matchmaker review begins. After that, $12 is charged only in a calendar month where you and three different people both accept an introduction. Otherwise nothing. That fee is due when the month ends, and until it is paid new introductions pause; open introductions and conversations carry on.

Every payment is a checkout you start yourself, and nothing renews on its own. Walis and other supervisors never pay anything.

Once your story has been read and matched, the computing has been paid for and the money is gone, so fees are not refunded. Every checkout says this before you pay and asks you to confirm it.

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same thing, or for a month that did not really have three accepted introductions, write to me at nihal@wifaqa.com. I read it myself, and a charge that should not have happened is refunded to the card or account you paid with, through the payment provider. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank.

If something else happened that feels unfair, write to me anyway. I cannot promise a refund, but I will look at it and answer you.

There is no subscription to cancel. You can pause new introductions, or delete your account yourself from Security, at any time. Deleting your account does not refund fees already paid, and it cannot be undone.

Wifaqa is an online service. Nothing physical is sent; everything you pay for is provided on this website.

This policy does not take away any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
